We are hiring B2B Sales Executive (SaaS)

We’re not looking for a typical Sales Executive – we’re looking for someone who treats sales as a mindset, a strategy, and a craft.

In this role, you will connect with prospects through impactful conversations via phone and virtual meetings. You’ll take full ownership of your pipeline, deliver compelling software demonstrations tailored to real business pain points, and drive deals forward with confidence, creativity, and persistence.

You’ll maintain clear, organised sales records and play a direct role in scaling a platform that’s transforming how service businesses operate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and CRM tools to initiate and nurture relationships;
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline of leads and prospects to optimize efficiency and maximize conversion rates;
  • Independently research and identify new leads and outreach opportunities, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile to build a high-quality pipeline;
  • Deliver compelling online product demonstrations that are customized to address customer needs and showcase the software’s value;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and new prospects, fostering trust and long-term partnerships;
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and securing customer referrals to drive additional revenue;
  • Maintain detailed and accurate sales records in the CRM system and prepare regular performance reports to track progress and outcomes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure efforts are aligned and customer feedback is integrated into strategies;
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and software solutions, continuously improving your product knowledge and sales techniques;
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions;
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in software or technology;
  • Strong experience with phone-based sales and online presentations;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines;
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and explain software solutions;
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams);
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable;
  • Persistent in overcoming objections and achieving targets;
  • Responsible attitude towards assigned tasks and deadlines;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
