As a Sales Manager you will play a critical role in helping us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

Responsibilities

  • Execute professional sales calls to increase profitable sales targets
  • Communicates with managers, end-users, and other team members to design cohesive project strategies
  • Research and understand competitive offerings and develop content to highlight key differentiators
  • Deliver regular reporting and ad hoc analyses of such topics as product sales and other business performance metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships on multiple levels with key decision makers in the customer organizations
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Monitor all sales and other key performance metrics
  • Implement the policies, required paperwork, procedures, and philosophies of the company

Requirements

  • Solid grasp of sales process
  • Sound experience in b2b sales
  • Understanding principles of prospecting
  • Familiarity with direct sales
  • Passion for lead generation
  • Previous experience in IT sales
  • Experience with sales development
  • Sound experience in canvassing
  • Understanding of value proposition
  • Understanding principles of sales presentation
  • Good knowledge of sales administration
